This community based program covers topics such as communicating with loved ones and health professionals, dealing with difficult emotions, goal setting and action plans, medications, nutrition, and physical activity.

The workshops are free, run once a week for 6 weeks, starting on Tuesday, April 10 in Carnduff and Tuesday, May 22 in Carlyle. Participants each take home a FREE textbook with information relating to the sessions as well as additional information for living with chronic pain.
